Foshan, Guangzhou, CHINA
First visit: November 11, 2011
Revisited: November 16, 2020

On November 11, 2011, or 11.11.11, I spent my evening watching couples swaying away in the town square in Foshan, Guangzhou, a Chinese city better known for 武步 silky pugilistic movements than 舞步 dance steps.

Work kept me occupied so the fact that I was a 光棍(lonely single) on 光棍(lonely single) day in the 光棍(lonely single) year was not so obvious or painful.

I am back again, this time better prepared with a chair to keep me waltzing.
